Pricing questions
How much does Vowline cost?
S$100 a month, billed every 6 months in advance (S$600). There's one plan with every feature, and setup is included. WhatsApp's own message fees are billed separately by Meta, at about 2 cents per reminder in Singapore.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is included: we connect your WhatsApp Business number and import your invoices with you on a short call.
How do I pay?
By PayNow or bank transfer against an invoice, every 6 months in advance. There's no card or in-app billing.
Is GST charged?
No. Vowline is operated by AVERPS PTE. LTD., which isn't registered for GST, so no GST is added.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime before your next 6-month term starts, by emailing hello@vowlineapp.com. Payments aren't refunded for unused months, and your account stays active until the end of the term you've paid for.
What else will I pay for?
Only WhatsApp's message fees, which Meta bills to you directly at cost: about S$0.02 per reminder in Singapore. Most businesses pay around S$1 to S$5 a month. Customer replies, and your replies to them within 24 hours, are free.
