Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 October 2026. Vowline is a service operated by AVERPS PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”). By using a Vowline account you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Vowline helps you draft and send payment-chasing messages to your customers over WhatsApp, on a schedule you control. Unless you turn on autopilot for a specific customer, every message is drafted for your review — nothing is sent without you tapping Send.
2. Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the invoice and customer data you enter or import.
- You're responsible for reviewing and editing any message before it sends, including messages sent automatically under autopilot.
- You must have a lawful basis and existing business relationship for contacting each customer you add, and you must comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms for the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- You're responsible for how you use Vowline to collect debts — including complying with any applicable debt-collection or fair-conduct laws in your jurisdiction.
3. What Vowline won't do
By default, Vowline won't draft messages that threaten legal action, chase on weekends or public holidays, or contact anyone other than your named customer contact. You can adjust these rules in Settings, but you remain responsible for what actually gets sent.
4. AI-drafted content
Message drafts and reply classifications are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) and may occasionally be inaccurate, oddly worded, or miss context. Review drafts before sending. Vowline is not liable for the content of a message you chose to send or edit.
5. No guarantee of payment
Vowline is a communication and workflow tool. We don't guarantee that any customer will pay, pay on time, or respond at all.
6. Fees
Vowline is offered on a single-plan basis; there are no tiered pricing plans. Payment is arranged directly with you (e.g. PayNow or invoice) rather than through in-app billing. Continued use of the service after a missed payment may result in your account being paused.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Vowline available and the daily chase run reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. We're not liable for messages that fail to send due to an outage in Vowline, Meta's WhatsApp platform, or Anthropic's API.
8. Termination
You may stop using Vowline and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that misuses the service, violates WhatsApp's messaging policies, or is used for unlawful debt collection.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vowline's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the preceding three months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email.
